As a Commissioning Engineer, you are literally and figuratively working on "cutting edge technology."

Every day, we work with craftsmanship and passion on the assembly of cutting machines, from front to back. Our machines are assembled and tested at our main location in Wieringerwerf, The Netherlands. After that, the machines are shipped to our customers all over the world and are ready to be assembled on-site by you. From Germany to Japan, from Australia to the USA.

Brief summary of the tasks

Just a brief summary of your tasks in this job includes conducting FAT/SAT tests, solving malfunctions, executing updates and amendments, and training local employees and customers on how to work with our high-tech machines. On projects, you are the point of contact and responsible for the best possible quality of the final product. You seize every opportunity to improve our machines and the people who work with them. Together with your colleagues, you are a well-oiled machine, complementing each other. Problems? Of course not! Together you will fix them.

What we offer: 

We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and, of course, the level of your education. Additionally, we offer a profit distribution of up to 6% of the annual salary, paid at the end of the year. For your time working on a project abroad, we offer project compensation. Of course, your hotel expenses, car rental, flight, etc., will be paid and arranged by our company. Your daily meals can be paid for using our company credit card.

What you bring to our company: To successfully execute this job, you should have a technical background and education, preferably in electrical, control, or mechanical engineering, or mechatronics. You can speak, read, and write fluently in English. You are eager to learn about new machines, 3D profiling, and the world of steel. You have some years of experience in commissioning or servicing (production) machines. You are an experienced traveler.
